How to make sweet and savoury pastry dough with one finger

The short video clip below is to complement my dough making post to illustrate how easy it is to mix dough with just one finger. This recipe is so easy and quick to make that you will never need to use shop-bought dough ever again, unless you are after a puff pastry texture. Leftover tarts/pies are great for next-day packed lunch. Once cooled, cut the tart/pie into portions and place in a fridge in a container (I use these clip-on blue-seal plastic containers). That’s your packed lunch ready for the following day, so much easier than preparing sandwiches in the morning!
