Follow this picture guide recipe for a delicious, easy-to-make dairy-free treat which can be stored in the freezer for instant gratification!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of white plain flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cook at 180 degrees Celsius until top no longer shiny (20-30 minutes depending on mixture thickness)

I actually cooked that one a little too long in the oven… Five minutes less would have made this a little more goey and yummy.

Store the remaining portions in an air-tight container. You may want to re-use the baking paper to make it easier when lifting them out of the container.
I use a 10in x 15in baking tray as I like my brownies thinner rather than thicker.
These brownies can be eaten straight out of the freezer for a crispier consistency although they defrost very quickly.
