It’s has been a while since I last talked about packed lunches so I thought I would share with you this picture:
I usually count two tortillas per adult for lunch but as I was running out of wraps, I thought I would big up the filling to compensate for the lack of carbohydrates. Here you can see, as well as the base I usually spread on the wrap, home-cooked ham, grated carrots, chopped pickled gerkins and cubed cheddar cheese. It was a bit of a squeeze but I managed to close the wrap. I don’t quite like shop-bought ham. I find it too thin… and too expensive. When I cooked ham next, I will take some pictures and show you how I cook it and what I do with it afterwards. So, stay tune!
